All persons attending today wore facemasks when required, checked in, observed social distance requirements and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue

Mt. View Gem was a late scratching at 11:14 by order of Stewards after it was established that the incorrect greyhound had been presented.  At a subsequent inquiry, the Stewards charged Mr. Trevor Whitford with a breach of GAR 31 for failing to present the correct greyhound to the Stewards for this event.  Mr. Whitford pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $250.  The 28 days stand-down on Mt. View Gem was revoked.

Aston Cassidy checked off Diversify approaching the first turn. Big Boy Duke checked off Sweet As Candy on the first turn. Gem Victorem checked off Big Boy Duke on the home turn. Aston Cassidy and Diversify collided approaching the winning post.

Diversify underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right wrist and right triangle.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. John Mangion regarding the racing manners of Diversify in the home straight.  After hearing evidence from Mr. Mangion, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.

Mt. View Blonde was slow to begin.

Magic To Burn, Honest Thief and Nicko Boom collided on the first turn checking Honest Thief.

A pre-race sample was taken from Moyarra Minstrel.

Cosmetic Rose was quick to begin.

My Name's Judy, Ishmy Neecy, King Kenny, Elite Patty and Baffling collided on the first turn checking Baffling and Elite Patty and severely checking King Kenny and Ishmy Neecy causing Ishmy Neecy to fall as a result.

Moyarra Minstrel and Jingles collided approaching the winning post.

Moyarra Minstrel underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left hind paw. No stand down period was imposed.

Ishmy Neecy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right chest musle and right pencil muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Steven Waycott regarding the racing manners of Moyarra Minstrel approaching the winning post.  After hearing evidence from Mr. Waycott, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Stewards noted that the muzzle of Elite Patty became dislodged during the running of the event.

Filorga Bale and Leo Gilbert collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Mustang Molly, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.

Pot The Black and Mustang Molly collided soon after the start checking Mustang Molly. Pot The Black visibly eased on the home turn. Pot The Black and Inside Out collided on the home turn checking Pot The Black, Inside Out and Back Pat. Mustang Molly checked off Champ Duran on the home turn.

Pot The Black underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right hock and left groin. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr. Terry Meyer regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the home turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Pot The Black was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Meyer pleaded guilty to the charge, Pot The Black was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial  in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Jimmy Reiko was slow to begin.

Meatball Soup and Aston Ryker collided approaching the home turn checking Meatball Soup, Aston Ryker and Jimmy Reiko. Urana Fernando galloped on Meatball Soup on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

A post-race sample was taken from Ivanka Tea - winner of the event.

Emma's Double – New declared weight of 27.1 kg, last raced at 28.6 kg.

A pre-race sample was taken from Emma's Double.

Mt. View Buck was slow to begin.

Emma's Double and Affair Beauty collided soon after the start checking Emma's Double. Mt. View Buck, Lead The Way and Affair Fantasy collided on the first turn checking Mt. View Buck and Affair Fantasy and severely checking Lead The Way. Affair Beauty and Hannah's Tiger collided approaching the home turn checking Affair Beauty, Hannah's Tiger and Affair Fantasy. Affair Fantasy and Emma's Double collided in the home straight checking Emma's Double.

College Boy was quick to begin.

Sensational and Starchie collided on the first turn.

Dimes Ambition and Mt. View Jewel were quick to begin.  All Inn Pearl was slow to begin.

All Inn Pearl and Tuscan Style collided approaching the first turn checking Tuscan Style. All Inn Pearl and Huntly Flyer collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds. All Inn Pearl, My Annabelle and Tuscan Style raced wide entering the home straight. All Inn Pearl and Huntly Flyer collided approaching the winning post.

Worldwide was slow to begin.

Jayville Menace and Bugs collided approaching the first turn checking Bugs. Tat Warby and Clever Trevor collided on the home turn. Emma's Image turned it's head inwards and marred Bugs in the home straight.

Emma's Image underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right pencil muscle and shin soreness in the left and right forlegs and right hind leg. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Ms. Julie Chilcott, the handler of Emma's Image regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Emma's Image was charged with marring.  Ms. Chilcott pleaded guilty to the charge, Emma's Image was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

A post-race sample was taken from Jayville Menace - winner of the event.

Princess Milne was quick to begin.  Our Ryker was slow to begin.

Our Ryker, Mt. View Emma and Lavish Pearl collided on the first turn checking Mt. View Emma. Mt. View Emma faltered on the home turn, lost ground and tailed off as a result. Our Ryker and Amron Man collided entering the home straight.

Mt. View Emma underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Mt. View Dodger, Wagner Bale, Moon Sister and All Inn Mia collided soon after the start checking Wagner Bale and Moon Sister. Mt. View Dodger checked off All Inn Mia approaching the first turn. Mt. View Dodger and Moon Sister collided approaching the home turn. Mt. View Dodger and Palmistry collided on the home turn checking Palmistry, Moon Sister and Got To Spark.
