Typhoon Bolt was quick to begin. Kraken Tex and Love Heart collided soon after the start. Aston Pirate and Sulva Bay collided soon after the start. Aston Pirate, Sulva Bay, Scatterbox and Vin Joel collided on the first turn checking Scatterbox. Kraken Tex checked off Love Heart approaching the home turn. Meeting Comments:
Stewards today concluded an inquiry into an incident in the catching pen at Warrnambool on Tuesday March 22 2022, involving licensed person Mr Johnathon Gaut. After hearing evidence, Stewards issued a charge under GAR 86q which deals with acting in a manner which is detrimental to the image of Greyhound racing, in that Mr Gaut used obscene language on several occasions.
Mr Gaut pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $250.00.
