Three Bears and Jaleesa Bale collided approaching the first turn. Three Bears and Wilson Bale collided approaching the first turn, checking Three Bears; causing Three Bears to fall. Wilson Bale, Jaleesa Bale and Keenando collided entering the home straight; severely checking Keenando.
Three Bears underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left and right hindleg triangle muscle injuries. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
