Steward's Report
Downstream – Late scratching at 8.50am when trainer Mrs J Sharp reported the greyhound to have an injured webbing (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
A pre-race sample was taken from Nitro Antwon.
Toolong Tiger and Malo Magic collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds, causing Malo Magic to lose ground. Candlelight Jazz and Nitro Antwon collided on the first turn. Candlelight Jazz and Ten’s Enough collided approaching the home turn checking Candlelight Jazz. Toolong Tiger checked off Aston Jive approaching the home turn.
