Steward's Report
All persons attending today checked-in, wore face-masks indoors and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.
Flywheel Cracker - Late scratching at 18:36pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a left hind toe injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Dr. Cheyanne was slow to begin.
Lady Jayde and Opal Gem collided soon after the start. Lady Jayde brushed the running rail on the first turn and collided with Opal Gem checking Opal Gem, Dr. Esther and Minnie Winnie severely checking Dr. Cheyanne. Opal Gem and Minnie Winnie collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.
Mr. Samuel Bye failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Flywheel Cracker for racing. A warning was issued pursuant to GAR 46(2).
