Steward's Report
Pull Shot and Saint Tess were quick to begin.
Aston Cleo and Zipper Shine collided soon after the start. Lightning Gadget and Over Value collided approaching the first turn, checking Lightning Gadget. Pull Shot and Saint Tess collided on the first turn. Pull Shot and Saint Tess collided approaching the home turn, checking Pull Shot; causing Over Value, Pull Shot and Sir Julian to collide, checking all three greyhounds. Over Value and Joe Baker collided approaching the home turn.
Lightning Gadget underwent a post–race veterinary examination due to an incident in the catching pen and was found to have a right foreleg wrist fracture/dislocation injury. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
