Steward's Report
Acting in accordance with the GRV Lightning and Thunderstorm Safety Procedure and in consultation with BOM, racing was suspended immediately following race 9 due to continuous lightning strikes within the designated safety zone around the venue. After further consultation with BOM this race was re-scheduled to start at 10.29pm.
A pre-race sample was taken from Sunnyside Pride.
Vayda Bale was slow to begin.
Sunnyside Pride, Golden Skyrocket and Spring Scout collided soon after the start. Hoppy Bob, Jye's Jet and Spring Scout collided on the third turn.
