Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Kennel Attendant Ms. A. Delaney did no act in any official capacity that may in any way, affected the outcome of this event.
A pre-race sample was taken from Dr. Buzz.
Isabella Spolly, Dr. Renzo and Mac Attack collided soon after the start. Pool Dancer faltered in the back straight and subsequently tailed off. Dr. Renzo crossed out on the first turn and collided with Mac Attack checking Mac Attack. My Seanna and Isabella Spolly collided on the first turn. Dr. Buzz and Isabella Spolly collided approaching the home turn checking Dr. Buzz. Dr. Buzz, Isabella Spolly and Fearless Max collided on the home turn. Mac Attack raced wide on the home turn.
Pool Dancer underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hind pencil and triangle muscle injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track approaching the first turn and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing.
