Steward's Report

During Kennelling, Knocka Bott collapsed in the carpark. The greyhound was pronounced deceased by the On-Track Veterinarian. Routine samples were taken and an autopsy will be conducted in accordance with GAR 78. As a result Knocka Bott was a late scratching at 6:37pm.

A pre-race sample was taken from Stella Diamond.

Sweet Harriet and Stella Diamond collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn.

Supplementary Report: The post mortem examination on Knocka Bott was unable to identify a cause of death.
