Essential persons (both staff & participants) attending today, provided satisfactory evidence of vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination (workers) directions, undertook successful health screenings, observed social distance requirements,that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Afro Boy and Whiz Out were slow to begin.

Inga Atilio and Afro Boy collided soon after the start.  Whiz Out and Burst The Limit soon after the start.  Chasing Chops and My Name's Judy collided soon after the start.  Burst The Limit and Explodes To Burn collided approaching the 300m mark.  Chasing Chops and My Name's Judy collided approaching the 300m mark.  Inga Atilio, Chasing Chops and My Name's Judy collided at the 250m mark; checking all three greyhounds.  Inga Atilio faltered at the 200m mark.  Afro Boy and My Name's Judy collided approaching the 150m mark and again at the 150m mark.

Inga Atilio underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have right hindleg thigh and triangle muscle injuries.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

My Name's Bill and Almighty Mack collided soon after the start and again at the 300m mark.  Still Chasing and Still Got Time collided several times from approaching the 200m mark to the 100m mark.  My Name's Bill and Almighty Mack collided several times from approaching the 200m mark to the 100m mark, checking My Name's Bill.

Frainy's Well and Truss collided soon after the start.  Boes Bambino and Jerry Buzzard collided at the 250m mark.  Jerry Buzzard checked off Boes Bambino at the 150m mark.  Boes Bambino and Truss collided approaching the winning post.

Denise The Menace and Ronnie Armo were slow to begin.

Show Me Heaven and Lucky Blonde collided soon after the start.  Chasing Summer and Denis The Menace collided at the 250m mark, checking Denis The Menace.  Denis The Menace and Lucky Blonde collided at the 150m, checking Lucky Blonde.  Blazin' Cool raced wide throughout the event.

Will's Bella, Wild Harmony and Mighty Tracey collided soon after the start.  She's A Charm raced wide throughout the event.

Inga Leo and Pure Promise collided soon after the start.  Wake Up Dusty, Battling Baz and Inga Leo collided soon after the start.  Battling Baz and Inga Leo collided approaching the 200m mark.

Call Me Jade was quick to begin.

Big Lug and Tom For Shaw collided soon after the start.  Saw Blaze, Big Lug and Tom For Shaw collided approaching the 250m mark; checking all three greyhounds.  Next Teardrop raced wide throughout the event.

Next Teardrop underwent a post–race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have an ear abrasion.  A three day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Cyber Crime.

Vortex and Inga Riley collided at the 200m mark.  Inga Riley raced erratically at the 100m mark.

Inga Riley underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Stewards spoke to Mr Peter Inguanti, the trainer of Inga Riley regarding the greyhound racing manners at the 100m mark. Mr Inguanti stated that it was the greyhound's first race for his kennel and also the addition of new taping on the greyhounds wrists. Stewards accepted Mr Inguanti's explanation and acting in accordance with GAR 75 (1), the Stewards requested Mr Inguanti to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Inga Riley in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event. 

Naha was slow to begin.
