Steward's Report
Panama Dance was quick to begin.
Contour and Rio Bailey collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Kinlock Blazer, Panama Dance, Mepunga Mantra and Contour collided on the first turn checking Panama Dance, Kinlock Blazer and Mepunga Mantra and severely checking Rio Bailey and Contour. Dundee Trigger and Kinlock Blazer collided approaching the home turn.
Contour underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury and a lumbo-sacral injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
No head on vision was available for this event.
