Shadow Giblet was quick to begin.  Shadow Giblet crossed in soon after the start checking Bella Bullish.  Shadow Giblet and Eye Spy Skye collided approaching the first turn.

There was no side on vision of this event due to technical issues, as a result the stewards report was completed with the use of the head-on vision and stewards live observations.

Little Kevin, Inga Wally and Satanic Mikado collided approaching the first turn severely checking Little Kevin which lost considerable ground.  He Can Talk galloped on Burst The Limit on the first turn checking Burst The Limit.  Junior Coin crossed out on the first turn and collided with Miss Mikado. Burst The Limit checked off heels on the first turn.  Man In Blue and He Can Talk collided on the home turn.  Burst The Limit was checked off Man In Blue entering the home straight.  Man In Blue and He Can Talk collided in the home straight.

Junior Coin underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left hamstring.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. K. Brooks regarding the racing manners of Junior Coin on the first turn.  After hearing evidence from Mr. Brooks, viewing all available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn.

Little Kevin underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.

Man In Blue underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.

Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Bourke regarding the racing manners of Man In Blue in the home straight. After hearing evidence from Mr. Bourke, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Burst The Limit underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left calf.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Elswyk Sophie, Zereva, Urana Duke and Sweet About Lily were quick to begin.  Elswyk Sophie and Zereva collided soon after the start.  Zereva, Crouching Tiger, Mighty Matilda and Black Mintie collided on the first turn checking Mighty Matilda.  Parumba Barcia and Black Mintie collided on the first turn checking Black Mintie.  Mighty Matilda and Black Mintie collided entering the home straight.

Speed Demon was quick to begin.  Melanistic and Armstrong Bobby were slow to begin.  Highway Man was checked off Feel The Thunder on the first turn.  Rocks Got Talent and Feel The Thunder collided on the first turn.  Speed Demon and Rocks Got Talent collided on the first turn.  Highway Man crossed out approaching the home turn and galloped on Speed Demon checking Highway Man, Speed Demon and Feel The Thunder, severely checking Rocks Got Talent which fell as a result.

Rocks Got Talent underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left wrist.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Mister Wingard - new declared weight of 34.6kg, last raced at 33.4kg.

Big City Nights was quick to begin.  Stockbroker and Mister Wingard collided approaching the first turn.  Let’s Trot and Fairytale Bliss collided approaching the first turn checking Fairytale Bliss. Stockbroker and Prince Nangana collided several times on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Fairytale Bliss and Mister Wingard collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds, Mister Wingard faltered as a result and subsequently tailed off.

Mister Wingard underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right achillies tendon.  A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Klopp was quick to begin.  Fancy Mikado and Red Nangana collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn.  Fancy Mikado, Red Nangana, Car Dealer and Evanlee collided on the first turn checking Fancy Mikado.  Humanity and Car Dealer collided on the home turn.  Humanity faltered in the home straight and lost ground.

Humanity underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left triangle muscle.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Hurricane Miami was quick to begin.  Too Be Sure was slow to begin.  Aston Noah and Meg Rose collided soon after the start.  Ready For Sea and Bomber’s Wonder collided on the first turn.  Aston Noah, Meg Rose and Too Be Sure collided on the first turn checking Too Be Sure and Meg Rose, Meg Rose fell as a result.  Ready For Sea raced wide on the home turn.

Meg Rose underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a fractured right humerus/elbow.  A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track from the back straight to the home turn and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing.

Wee Gem was quick to begin.  Dinkydi Asset and Rockin’ Rosie collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn.  Go Nera and Wee Gem collided approaching the first turn.  Jayville Hope and Wee Gem collided on the first turn.

The start of this event was delayed by approximately 1 minute due to technical issues with the vision at Sky Racing.

Crystal Edition and Weeona Evie were quick to begin.  Stratospheric and Separatist collided soon after the start.  Stratospheric, Bomber’s Train and Separatist collided on the first turn.
