Essential persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, observed social distance requirements, and adhered to room density quotients that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Lemon was quick to begin.

Lemon and Aston Anza collided on the first turn checking Lemon, Aston Anza, Establishment and Yoshiro Bale. Establishment and Mt. View Blonde raced wide on the home turn. Adrian and Zulu Cha Cha collided in the home straight.

Eynesbury Flyer was quick to begin.

Antique Elsa and Charlotte's Hand were slow to begin.

Charlotte's Hand and Feel The Breeze collided approaching the first turn causing Feel The Breeze to contact the running rail. Invictus Yana crossed out on the first turn and collided with Inga Meg checking Eynesbury Flyer and Need A Hand, severely checking Invictus Yana and Inga Meg. Antique Elsa and Invictus Yana collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Feel The Breeze underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

A post race sample was taken from Hot Hand - the winner of the event.

Miss Button– Late scratching at 8.54am due to non–arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.  Mr Colin Baker informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track.  Stewards advised  Mr Baker that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival.  The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.

King Chad was quick to begin.

All Fear was slow to begin.

Airly Liberty, Circus Dancer and All Fear collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds.

Bubba Jo and Joyous Promise collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Moody Girl and Mighty Tracey collided on the first turn checking Mighty Tracey and Bernadette. Nine Wine Wine and Mighty Tracey collided on the home turn checking Mighty Tracey.

Long Black Lass, Trust I Seek and Reggae Mikado collided approaching the first turn. Financial Tarra faltered entering the back straight and subsequently tailed off. Mussa Jack and Long Black Lass collided in the back straight checking Long Black Lass.

Financial Tarra underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right metatarsal fracture. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

She's So Lovable and Bus Driver collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Locked And Ready and She's So Lovable collided on the first turn checking She's So Lovable. Stebonheath Lad and Coolant collided on the first turn checking Coolant, severely checking Stebonheath Lad, Soda Pee Wee and Heidi, Stebonheath faltered and fell as a result. Soda Pee Wee and Heidi collided approaching the home turn and again in the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Stebonheath Lad underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right radius/ulna fracture. Stebonheath Lad was humanely euthanased.

An out of competition sample was taken from Wing Chun Girl on 14/8/2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.

A pre-race sample was taken from Going Alright.

Real Reward was quick to begin.

Dewana Classic and Madalia Champ were slow to begin.

Dewana Classic and Madalia Champ collided soon after the start. Real Reward and Chatterbox Tilly collided on the first turn checking Chatterbox Tilly. Going Alright checked off Wing Chun Girl on the first turn. Madalia Champ raced wide on the first turn. Real Reward and Chatterbox Tilly collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Egyptian Tiger crossed out approaching the home turn and collided with Sweet Suzie checking Egyptian Tiger and Sweet Suzie. Berdeen raced wide on the home turn.

Jebrynah Octave, Amazing Roy and Zumi's Swagger were slow to begin.

Jeda's Girl, Amazing Roy and Zumi's Swagger collided approaching the first turn. Amazing Roy and Zumi's Swagger collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Stewards spoke to Korey Coleman regarding the undue delay in boxing Joyous Courage in this event. After hearing evidence from Mr Coleman, Stewards issued a warning regarding the boxing manners of Joyous Courage.

Cha Cha Again was slow to begin.

Gracie's Girl, Run Fast Onesie, Lektra Loud and Phil's My Bro collided several times approaching the first turn checking Run Fast Onesie and Lektra Loud. Rag Time Griff and Elusive Bec collided approaching the first turn. Elusive Bec checked off Rag Time Griff on the first turn. Gracie's Girl and Phil's My Bro collided on the first turn checking Phil's My Bro and Run Fast Onesie. Mt. View Shark and Elusive Bec collided approaching the home turn. Lektra Loud and Run Fast Onesie collided entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Mark Giddings was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound, Flash Opal pursuant to GAR 33.

Highway Man and Flash Opal collided on the first turn. Dale From Sale checked off Flash Opal on the first turn. Back Net brushed the running rail on the home turn and collided with Highway Man.
