Winlock Mungo, Galaxy Queen, Rower's Rule and Crackerjack Lach collided soon after the start; checking Galaxy Queen and Rower's Rule. Halo Lad and Rockstar Haynes collided approaching the first turn, checking Rockstar Haynes. Halo Lad, Winlock Mungo and Myola Sunrise collided approaching the home turn. Halo Lad, Winlock Mungo and Top Right collided in the home straight.
Top Right underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg spike wound injury. No stand down period was imposed.
