Mt. View Entry was slow to begin.

View Entry checked off Spongebob on the first turn.  Elswyk Sophie and Dundee Flame collided on the first turn checking Elswyk Sophie.  Mt. View Entry checked off Elswyk Sophie approaching the home turn.  Blazin' Lola and Lakeview Lilly collided in the home straight.  Dundee Flame and Blazin' Lola collided approaching the winning post. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. Lee Rowe, the trainer of Magic Trio as some noticeable betting fluctuations were noted by Stewards. The comments of Mr. Rowe were noted, and a pre-race sample was taken for analysis.

Hurricane Pete underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right wrist.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Prince Archer went up with the lids and was slow to begin.

Flash Opal underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 11 and was found to have a left wrist sprain, right deltoid and a sacro-iliac injuries.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Pepperberry and Zereva collided approaching the first turn checking Pepperberry.  Aston Balade and Magic Voyage collided approaching the first turn.  Bomber's Queen, Walk With Grace and Lil Roughy collided on the first turn checking Walk With Grace.  Zereva, Magic Voyage and Aston Balade collided on the first turn checking Magic Voyage, Zereva and Pepperberry.  Magic Voyage and Zereva collided on the home turn.  Lil Roughy raced wide in the home straight.
