The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of Jayla Bale with trainer, Mr LGreen and noted his comments.
Ship Of Fools and Benefit Summary collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn. Jayla Bale and Aston Logic collided approaching the home turn; severely checking Aston Logic, and causing Jayla Bale to fall. Ship Of Fools and Benefit Summary collided on the home turn. Aston Logic faltered and tailed off entering the home straight. Nitro Roxy and Josie's Call collided in the home straight. Toyed raced wide in the home straight.
Jayla Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left hindleg sandburn and right hindleg thigh muscle injuries. A seven day stand down period was imposed.
Aston Logic underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg hock injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
