Steward's Report
Buddy Goes Bang had a race day sample taken this morning at the property of trainer Julie Belsham.
Buddy Goes Bang checked off Cherokee Fawn on the first turn. Dewana Be Sure and Buddy Goes Bang collided entering the back straight checking both greyhounds. Buddy Goes Bang lost ground approaching the second turn. Miss Marley and Smooth Onyx collided on the second turn.
Buddy Goes Bang underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury, left back muscle injury, right thigh injury and an abrasion on the left dew claw. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Midnight Titan - the winner of the event.
