The traditional 2-wave (odds then evens) boxing process has been re-instated for all races in Victoria from Tuesday 10 November 2020. Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times. 

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face-masks that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Nicko Dancer underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a radius ulna fracture to the left foreleg. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Another Mirage underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right tarsal sprain, left back muscle injury, left thigh injury, right monkey muscle injury, left deltoid muscle injury and an abrasion on the nose. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Especial Echo and Loud And Rowdy collided on the first turn. Alpine Blaze and Another Episode collided approaching the home turn. Lucky Shiraz checked off Loud And Rowdy in the home straight.

Buddy Goes Bang had a race day sample taken this morning at the property of trainer Julie Belsham.
