The traditional 2-wave (odds then evens) boxing process has been re-instated for all races in Victoria from Tuesday, 10 November 2020.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5 m distance from other handlers and staff at all times. 

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face-masks that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Jump Into Action raced wide on the home turn. Reason Why and On A High collided on the home turn. Westar Carrie and Westar Ivan collided approaching the winning post.

Pass It On, Venus Light and Iolar were slow to begin. 

Fox Three checked off Pass It On soon after the start. Fox Three, Pass It On, Venus Light and Iolar collided approaching the first turn checking Venus Light. Pass it On and Fox Three collided approaching the home turn checking Fox Three. Venus Light raced wide on the home turn.

Hojilla Bale and Slingshot Tiller were quick to begin. Mariah Queen was slow to begin.

Go Wheels, Explosive Yaala and Rockstar Ohlmus collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Mariah Queen clipped the heels of Explosive Yaala approaching the home turn as a result collided with Rockstar Ohlmus. Go Wheels and Explosive Yaala collided on the home turn. Mariah Queen and Rockstar Ohlmus collided on the home turn as a result raced wide.

Kiss Me Kate was quick to begin.

Kiss Me Kate checked off Leroy Deploy on the first turn. Kiss Me Kate faltered and lost ground from the first turn. Cayden Bale and Lunar Star raced wide on the home turn. Leroy Deploy and Rothwell Prince collided entering the home straight.

Kiss Me Kate underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left chest injury and a left groin injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Bad Boy Barry was quick to begin. El Cazador and Colourful Past were slow to begin.

Zen Prince and Molly Byrnes collided on the first turn checking Zen Prince which then collided with Colourful Past and Kinloch Moss. Ledgerwood Libby and Winlock Newbolt collided approaching the home turn. Ledgerwood Libby raced wide on the home turn. Zen Prince and Winlock Newbolt collided approaching the winning post.

Magnis Bale and Carry On Angel collided soon after the start. Uptown Trixie commenced to lose ground approaching the home turn. Carry On Angel and Oriental Jade collided approaching the home turn. Rockstar Harley and Magnis Bale raced wide on the home turn. Uptown Trixie lost ground and faltered in the home straight. Charging Yaala checked off the heels of Magnis Bale in the home straight.

Uptown Trixie underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Repercussions, Colden Dayto and Jimmy Cheesecake collided soon after the start checking Repercussions and Colden Dayto. Fernando Fury – Late scratching at 5:46pm due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Matthew Lanigan was fined $100.

King Of Calypso, Aussie Built and Inga Zach collided soon after the start checking Aussie Built. Reality Luxe, Potente Rocks, King Of Calypso collided on the first turn checking Potente Rocks. King Of Calypso and Aussie Built raced wide on the home turn.
