This race was approximately one minute late due to Grafton gallops.
Crackerjack Nash was slow to begin.
Debut Knight and Sassy Keats collided soon after the start. Indy Nevada checked off Our Brinni on the first turn. Debut Knight and Our Brinni collided on the first turn checking Debut Knight, Indy Nevada and Just A Fidget. Just A Fidget checked off Debut Knight approaching the home turn. Our Brinni and Crackerjack Nash collided approaching the winning post.
Just A Fidget underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right hindleg. No stand down period was imposed
