Steward's Report
Superior Wallis and Malizia were slow to begin.
Nitro Legacy and Malizia collided soon after the start checking Malizia. Gemma Rapid and Speedy Blue collided soon after the start. Superior Wallis crossed to the outside at the 275m mark checking Bad Boy Sage which fell as a result. Gemma Rapid and Ouzo Keats collided at the 100m mark and again at the 50m mark.
Bad Boy Sage underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right wrist injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Speedy Blue - the winner of the event.
