Steward's Report
All staff & participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of boxing, starting and catching greyhounds.
A pre-race sample was taken from Water Dragon.
Crown Sally was slow to begin.
Went For Swim and Water Dragon collided soon after the start. Water Dragon and Blackpool Kaine collided soon after the start checking Water Dragon. Water Dragon checked off Starlight Blaze approaching the first turn. Unique Faith crossed to the rail approaching the first turn and checked off Blackpool Kaine causing Unique Faith and Water Dragon to collide. Blackpool Kaine raced wide on the approaching the home turn. Water Dragon checked off Starlight Blaze approaching the home turn. Crown Sally raced wide entering the home straight and collided with Blackpool Kaine checking both greyhounds.
