Steward's Report
A sample was taken from Aston Marlon upon arrival at the course.
Recall and Airly Pablo collided soon after the start checking Airly Pablo. Southern Meteor and Recall collided on the first turn. Aston Marlon and Bull’s Roar collided on the home turn. Shared Colour and Airly Pablo collided approaching the winning post.
Recall underwent a post race veterinary examination after contacting the running rail entering the catching pen and was found to have spike wounds on the left hock and right hind toes. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
A post race sample was taken from Alarm Response - winner of the event.
