Run Baba Run was quick to begin. Nangar Rust, Smithy Keeping and Arlington were slow to begin.
Leyenda and Arlington collided approaching the first turn. Kingfisher Rose checked off Aston Silk approaching the first turn causing Nangar Rust and Kingfisher Rose to collide. Nangar Rust checked off Leyenda approaching the second turn causing Nangar Rust, Smithy Keeping and Arlington to collide checking Kingfisher Rose and Smithy Keeping. Nangar Rust and Arlington collided entering the back straight. Smithy Keeping and Arlington collided in the home straight.
