Steward's Report
The start of this race was re-scheduled to start at 7:17 pm as requested by Sky Channel.
Cool Story Bro- Late Scratching at 9.13 am, Steward's Permission.
Diamond White was quick to begin.
Super Rage and Titanium Lad collided soon after the start. Zambora Club checked off Table Top on the first turn. Table Top and Super Rage collided on the first turn checking Table Top. Titanium Lad marred Diamond White approaching the winning post.
Titanium Lad underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr P. Bartlett, the trainer of Titanium Lad regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Titanium Lad was charged with marring. Mr Bartlett pleaded guilty to the charge, Titanium Lad was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Ballarat and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
