Steward's Report
All staff & participants attending the race-meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings and when engaged in the exclusive race-day functions of handling, boxing, starting & catching greyhounds.
Prior to and post kennelling, the Stewards and Club Staff inspected the track following heavy rainfall in the area and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing.
That's Easy, Madam Josie and Inga Riley were quick to begin. Al's Son and Crymelon Quick were slow to begin.
Crymelon Tactile and Inga Riley collided on the first turn. Crymelon Tactile galloped on the heels of Inga Riley on the first turn; both greyhounds lost ground as a result. Al's Son and Crymelon Quick collided approaching the home turn. Inga Bella, Al's Son and Crymelon Quick raced wide in the home straight.
