Ms. Jennifer Gill was issued with a warning under (GAR 86 (o)) for negligence after the greyhound, Dr. Danika was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process.
Aston Rocket was quick to begin. Aston Rocket checked off Dr. Danika on the first turn. General Collinda and Why Not Rose collided on the first turn. Addie Attitude galloped on Aston Rocket on the first turn severely checking both greyhounds; Aston Rocket fell as a result. Just The Marjen visibily eased approaching the winning post. General Collinda marred Just The Marjen approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Matthew Tabb, the handler of Just The Marjen regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Just The Marjen was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Tabb pleaded guilty to the charge, Just The Marjen was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sale and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
