Steward's Report
Crackerjack Baz - The frequency of racing was discussed with Trainer Mr G. Ithier, his comments were noted.
Golden Boy and Crackerjack Baz collided soon after the start. Bindi Girl checked off Shared Colour soon after the start. Crackerjack Baz and Bindi Girl collided at the 200m mark. Concrete Fever faltered at the 150m mark, crossed to the rail and subsequently lost ground. Crackerjack Baz and Bindi Girl collided several times from the 100m mark to the winning post checking Crackerjack Baz, Bindi Girl and Another Attempt. Stolen Jewels crossed to the rail at the 50m mark.
Crackerjack Baz underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Concrete Fever underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 12. Concrete Fever was found to have injuries to the right detoid muscle, right pectoral muscle and right pencil muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Superior Digby - the winner of the event.
