Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Aston Skylar.
Mystery Road was slow to begin.
Finnegan Bale galloped on the heels of Mystery Road on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Junior and Aston Skylar collided several times approaching the home turn. Give Me Elle and Fairytale Nacho collided on the home turn. Junior and Aston Skylar collided several times in the home straight.
Junior underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to trainer Mrs T. Deglaitis regarding its performance approaching the home turn and again in the home straight. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Junior must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
