Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Slingshot Chas.
Slingshot Chas was quick to begin. Why Not Ben was slow to begin. Aerolithology checked off La La Louis approaching the first turn. Maximum Capers checked off Firing Fernando approaching the first turn. Aerolithology checked off Litigator on the first turn severely checking Firing Fernando which fell as a result. Miss Verity and Litigator collided approaching the home turn.
Firing Fernando underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right shoulder muscle injury and an abrasion over the head and ear. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
