Steward's Report
Nova To Burn, Miss Verity and Lovin' The Sun collided soon after the start, checking Miss Verity. Nova To Burn and Lovin' The Sun collided approaching the first turn. Miss Verity and Lovin' The Sun collided on the first turn; severely checking Lovin' The Sun, which stumbled. Weblec Blade was held up for clear running approaching the home turn. Aston Minerva and Pride Into Power collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.
Lovin' The Sun underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right foreleg outside nail. A five day stand down period was imposed.
