Steward's Report
Witchie's Gas and Hurricane Star collided soon after the start severely checking Hurricane Star. Witchie's Gas and Ishmy Dozer collided approaching the first turn checking Ishmy Dozer. Brindi Yalla and His Stop It collided on the first turn severely checking Brindi Yaala. Brindi Yaala, Witchie's Gas and Hurricane Star collided approaching the home turn checking all three greyhounds. Aeroplane Greg cramped approaching the winning.
Aeroplane Greg underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp) Aeroplane Greg must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
Ishmy Dozer underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right achillies injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Bomber's Cruiser - the winner of the event.
