A pre-race sample was taken from Barellen Knight.
My Victoria and Kraken Bo collided soon after the start. Kraken Bo and Giant Shadow collided on the first turn. Run Maggie Run, Jitterbug Witch and Tashendo collided approaching the home turn. Giant Shadow faltered approaching the home turn.
Giant Shadow underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left pencil muscle and right calf. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
