Steward's Report

Minter Explode was quick to begin.

Go Nera and Parumba Barty collided soon after the start.  Need A Jockey and Minter Blaze collided soon after the start.  Weaving Magic, Minter Explode and Need A Jockey collided on the first turn checking Need A Jockey and Red Yannick.  Weaving Magic checked off Minter Blaze approaching the home turn causing Weaving Magic and Minter Explode to collide, checking Weaving Magic, Go Nera and Red Yannick.  Red Yannick and Weaving Magic collided approaching the home turn.  Parumba Barty checked off Minter Explode on the home turn.  

Weaving Magic underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wounds to the left and right hind feet.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed. 

Go Nera underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was reported to have an abrasion to the right calf, no stand down perioed was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr Gavin Burke, the representative of Go Nera and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the first turn.
