Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade Steward S. Evans did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.
McIvor Stretch and Firing Fernando were slow to begin. Miss Tenzing, Sweet Antares and Low Planes collided approaching the first turn. Wishly Bale and Rhonda's Delight collided approaching the first turn checking Wishly Bale. Follow The Que, Low Planes, Sweet Antares and Rhonda's Delight collided on the first turn checking Follow The Que and Low Planes. McIvor Stretch galloped on the heels of Wishly Bale on the first turn checking McIvor Stretch. Follow The Cue clipped the heels of Sweet Antares in the home straight.
McIvor Stretch underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have minor abrasions to the left and right hind paws. No stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Miss Tenzing, winner of the event.
