Steward's Report
Pyrenees Steel and Go Bezza were slow to begin.
Smokey Renn and Yano Bale collided soon after the start. Aston Pirate crossed in on the first turn checking Kraken Champ and Flojo Mikado. Smokey Renn, Lektra Rainbow and Kraken Champ collided in the back straight checking Lektra Rainbow. Smokey Renn checked off Pyrenees Steele on the second turn checking Flojo Mikado. Smokey Renn raced wide on the home turn.
Kraken Champ underwent a post-race veterinary examination after an incident in the catching pen - no apparent injury was reported.
A post-race sample was taken from Yano Bale- the winner of the event.
