Marvelette - Late scratching at 4.20pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was taken from Zipping Navy.
Zipping Navy and Crackerjack Scot were quick to begin. Lochinvar Deus was slow to begin. Lock Pepper checked off Southwood Ace on the first turn. Zipping Navy checked off Southwood Ace in the home straight.
Ms K. Jackson requested an early race endorsement for Butch Regis. The endorsement was approved for Butch Regis after an examination prior to racing by the on-track veterinarian. Stewards directed the greyhound compete in Early Races only until further notice.
