Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

View Molly, Ragin' Outcast and Light Show. Moodswing Tarny crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Dami Jack and Tilson. Willy Eve, Dami Jack and Honey's Destiny collided at the 250m mark. Honey's Destiny and Tilson collided at the 200m mark checking Honey’s Destiny, Dami Jack and Mt. View Molly. Willy Eve crossed to the outside approaching the 150m mark. Mt. View Molly clipped the heels of Dami Jack approaching the 150m mark and stumbled. Light Show and Honey's Destiny collided at the 50m mark. Dami Jack crossed to the outside approaching the winning post checking Tilson and Light Show.

Libby The Ripper - Late scratching at 10:12am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Ms L. Farquhar was fined $100.

Parumba Barty was slow to begin.

Callow Street and Jazzier collided soon after the start. Callow Street raced wide approaching the 100m mark checking Parumba Barty. Ishmy Rory checked off Jazzier at the 50m mark.

The Stewards noted the number 1 magnet was not covered in this event. This had no material impact on the race as all greyhounds started from the correct box wearing the correct rugs. Stewards spoke to starter and reminded him of his responsibility to ensure that the correct numbers are displayed for each event.

Mister Mercury, Montanaro, Spot On Mick and Parrotfish Fozz were slow to begin. Aquileia was very slow to begin (3L).

Montanaro and Spot On Mick collided soon after the start. Aquileia raced wide soon after the start. Mister Mercury checked off Montanaro approaching the 150m mark checking Montanaro. Mister Mercury and Spot On Mick collided at the 100m mark.

Gunner's Hawk, Thirty Red and Now And Then were slow to begin.

Sheer Bliss, Cudgee's Jayne and Maximum Capers collided soon after the start. Thirty Red crossed to the outside soon after the start. Cudgee's Jayne and Maximum Capers collided several times from the 250m mark to the winning post checking both greyhounds.

Yeppy Allen and Jiggly Wiggly collided soon after the start and again at the 250m mark checking Yeppy Allen. Janray Lucky One and Jiggly Wiggly collided approaching the 200m mark checking Jiggly Wiggly and Parry Allen.

Tex Kingdom underwent a veterinary examination prior to racing and was passed fit to race. 

Loco Luca, Manitoba and Tex Kingdom were slow to begin.

Loco Luca checked off Manitoba at the 300m mark. Tex Kingdom and Fly By Them collided several times from approaching the 150m mark to the 100m mark. Manitoba and Dyna Elise collided at the 150m mark. Loco Luca and Dyna Elise collided at the 50m mark.

Lights Of Tanjil, Hardaway George and Jaggered Stone collided soon after the start. Gazza's Pick and Hardaway George collided at the 300m mark. Hardaway George checked off Jaggered Stone approaching the 250m mark checking Master Winslow. Lights Of Tanjil, Jaggered Stone and Tinker Bess collided approaching the 250m mark. Gazza's Pick, Lights Of Tanjil and Tinker Bess collided several times from the 250m mark to the 200m mark. Jaggered Stone, Hardaway George and Master Winslow collided approaching the 200m mark and again at the 200m mark. Hardaway George and Yondu collided approaching the 150m mark checking Yondu. Gazza's Pick and Tinker Bess collided at the 150m mark. Hardaway George checked off Jaggered Stone approaching the 50m mark. Jaggered Stone and Master Winslow collided approaching the 50m mark. Gazza's Pick and Tinker Bess collided approaching the 50m mark causing Gazza's Pick to fall, checking Jaggered Stone. Kareda Gold and Tinker Bess collided approaching the winning post.

Gazza's Pick underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right hip, the right back muscle, the left wrist and an abrasion to the right back.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed

I'm Another Whiz was slow to begin.

Meehan Pebbles and Brayden Lennox collided approaching the 250m mark and again at the 250m mark checking Meehan Pebbles, Brayden Lennox and Succession Plan. Meehan Pebbles crossed to the outside at the 200m mark. I'm Another Whiz checked off Brayden Lennox approaching the 50m mark.

Yeran - Late scratching at 9.47am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr N. Hunt was fined $100.

A pre-race sample was taken from Red Potion.

Adori and Flaming Fabio collided soon after the start.

Trainer, Mr N. Hunt, failed to adhere to the starter's directions when he boxed Adori well before the starting light was activated for this event (GAR 51(4). Mr Hunt was fined $100.

This event was delayed by approximately 3.5 minutes due to an incident which occured on the way to the starting boxes.

Mia Amour, Steel Magnolia and Meehan Bazz collided soon after the start. Run Maggie Run checked off Quest Allen at the 250m mark. Steel Magnolia checked off Meehan Buzz at the 200m mark and crossed to the outside. Cracked Pepper, Mia Amour and Jack's Fantasy collided at the 100m mark checking all three greyhounds.

Dust Up and All Inn Tyler were slow to begin.

Dust Up crossed to the outside at the 250m mark checking All Inn Tyler. Spring Nugget and Ko Rapid Jack collided at the 50m mark checking Ko Rapid Jack. Anna Victorem checked off Ko Rapid Jack approaching the winning post. All Inn Tyler lost ground over the concluding stages of the event.

All Inn Tyler underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to both the right and left monkey muscles. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Scott Wrecked was slow to begin.

Jumbo Bale, Polly's Varcoe and Miss Walt collided at the 250m mark. Jumbo Bale checked off Polly's Varcoe at the 200m mark and raced wide. Well Armed, Polly's Varcoe and Miss Walt collided approaching the 200m mark and again at the 200m mark. Miss Walt checked off Well Armed approaching the winning post.
