Umar Allen was quick to begin. Go Nikki and Crazy Summer were slow to begin.
Nuclear Fusion turned its head outwards on the first turn severely checking Pyrenees Inferno.
Nuclear Fusion underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Wade Green, the trainer of Nuclear Fusion regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Nuclear Fusion was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Green pleaded guilty to the charge, Nuclear Fusion is suspended for 3 months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(b) before any future nomination will be accepted.
