Richmond Flyer – Late scratching at 1:02pm when former trainer, Mr C.Hayes reported the greyhound to have been sold interstate. (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
You Blue, Briar Jet and Blazin' Ruby collided soon after the start checking Blazin' Ruby. Briar Jet clipped the heels of Quest Allen checking Quest Allen. Blazin' Ruby raced wide in the home straight.
