Steward's Report
Pest Control went up with with lids and was slow to begin. Ballintine and Go Sush were slow to begin.
Runaway Grant, Darley Sos and El Vettel collided soon after the start. Darley Sos galloped on the heels of Sister Bro approaching the first turn checking Sister Bro and Darley Sos and severely checking Ballintine and Runaway Grant. El Vettel and Cyclone Ruby collided on the first turn. Sister Bro checked off Darley Sos approaching the home turn and collided with Pest Control, resulting in Pest Control galloping on the heels of Sister Bro, both greyhounds raced wide and were severely checked as a result.
Sister Bro was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right shoulder. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
