A pre-race sample was taken from Cool Rage.
Our China Plate went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.
Wishing Angel checked off Cool Rage on the first turn checking Our China Plate. Cool Rage and Gray Grey Goose collided on the home turn checking Gray Grey Goose. Gray Grey Goose and Cool Rage collided approaching the winning post.
Gray Grey Goose underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Gatt handler of Gray Grey Goose and advised him to report to Stewards any matters that may have affected the running of the greyhound pursuant to GAR 75.
