So Like Sooty was slow to begin. So Like Sooty clipped the heels of Gin Lee's Joe soon after the start checking So Like Sooty. Blueflash Lenny, Keep ‘Em Keen and Gin Lee's Joe collided approaching the first turn. Blueflash Lenny and Keep ‘Em Keen collided on the first turn.
So Like Sooty underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have split webbing to the right front foot. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
