Zipping Ester jumped in the air at box rise and was slow to begin. Taking Off was slow to begin.
Take That Banksy checked off Glascoe Sally approaching the first turn causing Take That Banksy to stumble in turn checking Zipping Ester which also stumbled as a result. Winlock Slim and Coconut Gloria collided on the first turn. Taking Off checked off Glascoe Sally on the first turn. Winlock Slim and Coconut Gloria collided on the home turn. Glascoe Sally checked off Winlock Slim approaching the winning post.
Zipping Ester underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
