This event was delayed by 5 minutes due to operational matters.
Super Switch was slow to begin.
Dusty Allegro and Rollin' In collided soon after the start. Double Tactic and Dan's Hopeful collided soon after the start checking Rollin' In. Rollin' In and Double Tactic collided several times from the 250m mark to the 200m mark. Dusty Allegro checked off Super Switch at the 150m mark. Dan's Hopeful and Kara The Escapee collided approaching the winning post.
Stewards spoke to licensed persons - Mr T Churchill and Mr S Kaltsis regarding the late arrival of Mr S Kaltsis to the kennels to prepare Dusty Allegro for this event. After taking evidence, Stewards issued a warning to Mr. S. Kaltsis regarding this matter and reminded him of his responsibilities to ensure that he checks any kennel tickets allocated to him in future in the event he is handling greyhounds for other participants.
