Steward's Report
Destini Cavalier, Gotta Place and Clovalley Granite were slow to begin.
New Samsation, Down Mexico Way and Husky Beatle collided soon after the start, checking Down Mexico Way. Destini Cavalier checked off Down Mexico Way soon after the start. Riley's Paige checked off Go Natalie Go on the first turn. Destini Cavalier faltered and commenced to lose ground on the first turn, finishing tailed off. Gotta Place checked off Riley's Paige on the third turn.
Destini Cavalier underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a right back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
