Steward's Report
Go Pies, Hornet Hudson and Scissor King were slow to begin. Quest Allen and Go Pies collided on the home turn. Off The Bit raced wide on the home turn. Harrell Bale checked off Quset Allen in the home straight.
MEETING COMMENTS:
Stewards spoke to licensed Trainer, Mr Pete Akathiotis, after Stewards noted the presence of a greyhound in an air-vented trailer in the vicinity of the carpark area. Mr Akathiotis told stewards the greyhound was an 8 year old retired pet which travels with him occasionally. After considering the evidence tendered, Stewards issued Mr Akathiotis with a severe reprimand for a breach of the GRV Hot Weather Policy.
