Darnum Dasher was slow to begin. Up And About and Rajasthan collided on the first turn. Darnum Dasher and Rajasthan collided on the second turn. Darnum Dasher and Seve Rose collided approaching the home turn checking Darnum Dasher which contacted the running rail.
Darnum Dasher underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Red Rock - the winner of the event.
