Supplementary Report:

Stewards finalised an inquiry from the Ballarat race meeting on the 27th November 2019, with regards to the circumstances pertaining to the late scratching of Rockstar Lincoln (Race 2), when Stewards on the the night were unable to satisfactorily indentify the greyhound presented. Stewards took evidence from trainer Mrs. A. Dailly and kennel representative Mr. T. Dailly. Following a subsequent kennel inspection by Stewards on 29th November 2019 it was established that an unnamed greyhound (Mepunga Blazer x Bekim Rose) had been incorrectly presented to race on the 27th November 2019 in place of Rockstar Lincoln. Stewards charged Mrs. A. Dailly under GAR 86(o), with the particulars of the charge being that she presented the incorrect greyhound to race at Ballarat on the 27th November 2019, which in the opinion of Stewards was negligent. Mrs. Dailly pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $250.
