A sample was taken from Layback Cruiser at the Trainer’s kennel earlier today.
Sharky Shark – Late scratching at 4.28 PM when Mr. C. Capuano reported the greyhound to have a toe injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
Why Not Dan, Cash No Bounce and Tickle My Fancy collided approaching the first turn checking Cash No Bounce and Tickle My Fancy. Big Artie Banner, Cash No Bounce, Tickle My Fancy and Sedaka collided on the first turn checking Tickle My Fancy and Sedaka. Why Not Dan and Sparkle Motion collided approaching the home turn. Sedaka raced wide on the home turn. Tickle My Fancy and Sedaka collided in the home straight and again approaching the winning post.
